The club is a registered CIC with Companies House under Reg Number 12342024 and shall incorporate Ashby Ivanhoe Football Club, Ashby Ivanhoe Knights, Ashby Ivanhoe Juniors/Youth, Ashby Ivanhoe Seniors, Ashby Ivanhoe Womens FC and Ashby Ivanhoe Girls FC.
