FINES AND FEES

a. An annual fee payable by each constituent section shall be payable at a time determined by the committee and be decided at the AGM. Fees shall not be repayable.

b. The Club Committee shall have the authority to levy fines or fees from the members or constituent sections as are reasonably necessary to fulfil the objects of the Club. Fines incurred by individuals will be the responsibility of the section to which that individual belongs, ie player, parent or official.
